VLAD SCORE 94/100 for the year 2025

GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

We publish the results of the Gender Equality Index at VLAD. As a reminder, the publication of this index is mandatory.

The strategy implemented by the Management and the Human Resources department for several years aims to promote gender diversity and parity between women and men in the company. We are pleased to announce a score of 94/100 for the reference period of the calendar year 2025.

The index is calculated on the basis of five indicators:

  • Gender pay gap indicator: 39/40 (1.8% gap in favour of women)
  • Individual pay rise indicator: 35/35 (1% gap in favour of men)
  • Number of female employees receiving a pay rise on their return from maternity leave: 15/15
  • Number of people from the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners: 5/10 (over-representation of men)


VLAD makes every effort to maintain a high score well above the minimum score of 75 points.
