however it remains difficult to face this ordeal, to endure treatment, to return to a normal life and to live "with" ...
The post-cancer stage is decisive for the future of each patient. On the strength of this observation, A Chacun son Everest ! devised unique stays in Chamonix for children with cancer or leukemia and women in remission from breast cancer to help them "heal better."
The Association was founded in 1994 by Christine Janin, a mountaineer (First Frenchwoman at the summit of Everest - 8848m) and Professor André Baruchel, head of the paediatric hematology department at the Robert Debré Hospital in Paris.
Since its inception, A Chacun son Everest ! has accompanied more than 4,400 children and, since 2011, more than 1,000 women.
FOR VLAD, A PROJECT WHAT'S ECHO TO EVERYONE
In 2017, in metropolitan France, an estimated 400,000 new cases of cancer are reported (source: National Cancer Institute).
All of them affected by people with cancer, VLAD employees want to mobilize for the physical and psychological recovery of patients on their illness.
From February 1 to June 30, 2019, VLAD will donate 1% of the revenue generated on the sale of batteries - biomedical - industrial - Exalium Premium brand, which are manufactured in his isO 9001 - 14 001 and 13485 workshop in Parçay-Meslay (37).
