Reindustrialization: We Choose Made in France

Manufacturing in France while remaining competitive: this is the challenge we have chosen to take on.

As a specialist in medical and industrial batteries, we are continuing our commitment to reindustrialization in France. We have chosen to relocate the manufacturing of six product references previously produced abroad to our factory in the Tours region.

This initiative reflects a strong ambition: to develop Made in France production, strengthen our industrial sovereignty, and promote French industrial expertise.

Why reindustrialize in France?

Reindustrialization is a key strategic challenge. Manufacturing locally gives us greater control over production processes, quality, costs and lead times, while reducing our dependence on overseas production.

This approach is fully aligned with our ambition to contribute to a more local and independent French industry, while showcasing the skills and expertise of our teams.

Industry 4.0 supporting reindustrialization

This transformation is driven in particular by our Exafactory, located in Parçay-Meslay, France, and by Industry 4.0 technologies.

Industrial robotics, digitalization and production process optimization enable us to improve our performance and develop more agile, competitive and local production.

After assessing several product references, six products were selected to be reindustrialized and manufactured in France.

French industrial expertise driven by our teams

Reindustrialization is also a human and collective project.

Purchasing, Engineering, Methods, Production, Logistics… our different teams work together to design and optimize new manufacturing processes.

As a French battery manufacturer, this in-house expertise enables us to strengthen our independence, agility and industrial know-how.
