(E) Commercial (e) export
After a period of theoretical and practical training to our technical teams and our product managers, you will support the development of a client portfolio for Africa and Middle East sector.
Attached to our Export sales team, you will have as main missions, those of:
- Manage and develop the customers and Prospects of the company portfolio will be entrusted to you;
- Develop the turnover of the sector;
- The quantitative and qualitative objectives (CA, marge,...);
- Prospect, seek new partners (planning of exploration, studies of market, travel shows, phoning, mailing, appointments,...);
- To listen to the market and its opportunities;
- Identify and qualify Prospects/customers by your advice needs and propose an approach to solutions;
- Retain customers and existing;
- Participate in the various events: Congress, fairs, salons, other;
- Master the writing of commercial offers, sending pro - forma, reminders and follow-up of customer risk (estimate in progress, invoices,...);
- Boost customers (current estimate, regulations,...);
- Follow the settlement of possible disputes related to clients in relation to the VTA;
- Manage modes of transport: quote requests, send a proposal to the customers;
- Ensure accurate reporting of your business in compliance with internal procedures;
- Perform different business travel required.
Required skills:
Minimum Bac + 3 commercial training, you have a real commercial fiber, a great ability to listen, and an excellent relationship
You have professional experience of at least three years in the sector of Africa - MO
You're organized, autonomous and mobile
Fluency in English is essential, a 2nd language would be welcome
You master the incoterms and international payment methods
The use of office automation tools and ERP are required

Type of contract:
Full-time permanent - remuneration according to profile (fixed + variable + profit-sharing)
