CSR: A LEVER FOR GROWTH

Another term to define CSR is extra-financial performance. Beyond economic results, it encompasses the company's behaviour towards the environment, respect for social values, societal commitment, governance and dialogue with its stakeholders. Employee loyalty, attractiveness for hiring, strengthening of the brand image, energy saving, short circuits, local sectors, ... are as many tracks that bring productivity gains and promote motivation.

VLAD'S CHOICE OF A CLEAR AND ACCESSIBLE LABEL

ISO 26 000 standard, UN Sustainable Development Goals, Global Reporting Initiative, National Health and Environment Plan, ... references related to sustainable development and environmental health are numerous and can mislead the public. It is with this in mind that theagency Primum Non Nocere has decided to create the THQSE® quality label, the quintessence of the mentioned standards adapted to the empirical vision and expertise of the 12 years of existence of the agency.

« After 10 years of support in the field, the need was growing for a label encompassing with a complete vision of the challenges of environmental health and CSR. The multiplicity of specific tools has led us to develop this label, pragmatic and exhaustive, to answer the questions of the public and value the actions carried out " explains Olivier TOMA, Founder of the agency Primum Non Nocere.

VLAD has selected the THQSE® label for:

  • Primum non nocere's field experience in the health and medico-social sector, since 75% of VLAD's activity concerns the health sector;
  • The 360-degree vision of CSR topics as well as the consideration of environmental health in the corporate strategy;

  • The support and know-how of Primum non nocere, both for their structuring approach and for their well-established methodology.
